Knitted Liver Bird
When we first met up about starting a group we decided to make our own contribution to the Great British Picknit in the form of a Liver bird. As far as we know this is going to be the first ever knitted Liver bird.
It's the famous symbol of Liverpool and it fits in with the picnic quite well.
We're working on it in a bit of a rush as we've only just met a couple of times, but we'd like to present it to ukhandknitting at the International Craft and Hobby Fair held in Aintree April 25-27th.
